Job Description:
Finding and exploiting new sales opportunities, prospecting potential customers, and building relationships with existing customers.
Handling business development and sales activities by email, phone, chat, Facebook, LinkedIn, and offline meetings.
Negotiations with top Vietnamese Retail, E-Commerce companies, and worldwide companies.
Work and communicate closely with the Senior Business Development Manager, CSM team, and tech & product support team.
Prepares short reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Present / Demo / POC to convince and demonstrate the solution.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Coordinate with other departments about clients requirements and complaints.
Perform sales activities such as negotiation, contract agreement, and handling administrative work related to contracts.
Sign agreements with new clients and help them with tech integration.
Grow post-sale revenue through up-sell & cross-selling.
Requirement:
Good English and Vietnamese language skills.
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, consulting, and customer service
Having experience in B2B product sales & business development or marketing.
Strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills.
Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Ability to prioritize work assignments and the needs of the department or business goals.
Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated.
Ability to thrive in the digital marketing sphere.
Proactive, independent thinker with high energy & a positive attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
